Who we are

This website is operated by Atlansec S.L. (VAT B75561423), the data controller. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact us at [email protected].

What data we collect

Contact data you provide through our contact form (name, email address and the content of your message), and usage data collected automatically when you browse the site (pages viewed, interactions, approximate location from IP, device and browser information).

Analytics

We use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool we self-host on our own infrastructure at analytics.atlansec.es, so we can understand how the site is used and improve it. Umami is cookieless and collects no personal data. We do not record individual sessions. We do not use this data to identify you personally or sell it to third parties.

Cookies and similar technologies

Our analytics tool, Umami, is cookieless and sets no cookies or local-storage identifiers to track you. Any cookies in use are strictly necessary for the site to function. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; essential site functionality will continue to work.

Legal basis

We process contact-form data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry; analytics and security data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and improving a secure website (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Service providers

We share data only with processors that help us run the site: Resend (delivery of contact-form emails) and Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery). Each acts on our instructions under a data-processing agreement. Our analytics (Umami) is self-hosted on our own infrastructure and is not shared with any third-party analytics provider.

Retention

We keep contact enquiries for as long as needed to handle your request and our legitimate business records, and analytics data for a limited period before aggregation or deletion.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing of your personal data by emailing [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
